A proven finance executive, leader and strategist. Rene has over twenty years’ experience in executive management, real estate development, asset management and financial/strategic planning. He is an expert in developing operating and capital plans to improve internal controls and financial best practices.
Rene was an executive at the socially responsible Real Estate Development arm of Vancity Enterprises and subsequently initiated a privately held development corporation which helped pave the way for new real estate projects in the Squamish/Whistler area. Since then, Rene has focused on emerging market activity including water projects and establishing licensed medical marijuana facilities in Canada. His most recent efforts have been focused on launching a global technology distribution company called Chroma Global Technologies.
